Homemade Gluten and Lactose Free Cheesy Chicken Lasagne

Ingredients:

- 1 Lactose free cheese block

- Gluten free lasagna sheets

- Chicken mince

- Variety of fresh Italian herbs

- Garlic

- Onion

- 1 Passata sauce jar

- 1 cup boiling water + 2 tsp chicken stock powder GF


Method:

- preheat oven to 170C

- finely chop or grate cheese

- Combine chopped onion, garlic and fresh herbs in a bowl.

- Add chicken mince, passata, boiling water and chicken stock and mix until combined.

- Place one small ladle of the sauce mixture into a lasagna dish an spread evenly into a thin layer (this will stop the lasagna base from drying out)

- Layer lasagna sheets on sauce.

- Add another layer of sauce and sprinkle cheese on top.

- Continue adding layers of lasagna, sauce then cheese (repeat) until sauce is used up.

- Sprinkle cheese on the final layer of sauce.

- Place in oven for approximately 1 hr or until pasta is cooked and cheese is golden on top.
