I am a 20 something female from beautiful Beechworth, Victoria.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) specialising in the archaeology of ancient Egypt and am currently underway into the second year of my Masters by Research degree also in Egyptology.
My main passion is archaeology/ancient Egyptian studies but following that is my love for baking!
Half my family are coeliac/gluten intolerant and the other half lactose intolerant which provided me with the challenge of baking and cooking both gluten and lactose free. I often hear of people with celiac disease complaining that the gluten-free foods just don't taste as good or have the right texture as their glutenous alternatives-- It has become my mission to change this!
